My work concentrates on the relations between media and politics players. I’m currently working on my doctoral dissertation “Political Communication in Germany and Poland”. The research project analyzes the process of political communication in both countries in the context of campaigning from the perspective of political actors and journalists.

During my PhD studies I’ve so far received research grants from Herbert-Quandt-Stiftung, DAAD, Stiftung für deutsch-polnische Zusammenarbeit, Garnet Network, Foundation for Polish Science and three conference travel awards from ICA (International Communication Association). The empirical analysis implemented during the project was supported by Förderverein des IfK, Technische Universität Dresden, Germany.
